​Get to know our July speaker Himi:

​Himi, is a music industry professional and fan-first audience strategist with experience across A&R research, music analytics, artist discovery, and fan development. She currently serves as Senior Director of Audience Development, where she focuses on understanding how artists build meaningful fan communities and turn cultural momentum into long-term growth.

​With a background spanning global data analytics and frontline A&R research, Himi brings a data-informed but deeply human approach to artist development. Her work is rooted in curiosity, cultural fluency, and the belief that the strongest artist stories are built with the fans who carry them forward.

​Originally from Dhaka, Bangladesh, Himi is passionate about making the music industry more intentional, inclusive, and artist-centered while helping artists connect with the audiences most ready to believe in them.
