Gentle Density: Who’s Building BC’s Missing Middle

BC is in the middle of one of the most significant housing policy shifts in a generation. Missing middle and gentle density housing is moving from concept to reality, and the people shaping it are spread across government, development, construction, finance and the nonprofit sector.

Join PropTech Collective Vancouver for an evening that brings them into one room.

We’ll open with a short framing presentation on the state of missing middle housing in BC: what gentle density means, what’s changed in policy, who’s driving adoption and why this moment matters. From there, the evening is yours, with curated introductions and open networking across the ecosystem.

Agenda
5:00 PM | Doors open, drinks and networking
5:30 PM | Welcome and framing presentation
5:45 PM | Curated networking
7:30 PM | Close

Who should attend
Municipal planners and policy leaders, builders, boutique developers, lenders, investors, nonprofits and anyone working to bring more housing options to BC communities.
