London Tech Week is always intense: nonstop networking, back-to-back meetings, side events, investors, startups, conversations in every corner and thousands of people trying to make the most out of a few days in London.
That’s exactly why the 4dev.com team is hosting a smaller business breakfast for founders, C-level executives, operators and people building international tech companies.
We want to create a more relaxed space where conversations can happen naturally, without the usual conference rush.
The event will take place after London Tech Week, giving guests a chance to slow down, reflect on the week and have a more focused discussion with people facing similar challenges while building and scaling international teams.
The format is intentionally simple: breakfast, short introductions, useful insights and quality networking in a more private setting.
Our founder, Dmitry Kochnev, will share his perspective on the key challenges international startups and tech companies face today: building high-performing distributed teams, hiring strong talent across Product, Engineering and leadership roles, working with contractors, managing cross-border payments, compliance and the operational complexity that comes with scaling across multiple countries.
