​​​Adam is a fundraising associate who has spent the last 2.5 years at SeedLegals helping founders secure capital and scale. Specialising in S/EIS Tax Relief, Advance Subscription Agreements, and traditional Funding Rounds. 

​​​He helped close nearly 200 investment rounds, often involving investment amounts up to £3 million, from a wide network including Angels, VCs, Family Offices, and CVCs. Adam is focused on providing the practical guidance startups need to successfully go from pitch to close.
