About Event

We’re excited to welcome Karan Singh, COO of Headspace Health and a trailblazer in digital mental health and wellbeing. Karan co-founded Ginger in 2011, helping redefine virtual-first mental health care before merging with Headspace in 2021 to create a global, end-to-end platform valued at ~$3B. His career has been dedicated to combining innovation, prevention, evidence, and access to tackle one of the defining challenges of our time.

💡 This SV Icons session includes a dinner served during the event. To confirm your spot, please Venmo $30 to @h_tidje with the note “SV Icons”. Your payment both secures your seat and covers the cost of dinner. Your registration will then be approved.

🔑 What we’ll explore together:

  • How Headspace is scaling beyond meditation & mindfulness into coaching, therapy, and psychiatry — and what that means for access worldwide

  • The biggest barriers and opportunities in mental health innovation: policy, stigma, funding, and technology

  • Leadership, culture, and resilience — what it takes to build and scale a mission-driven company while staying grounded in impact

📊 By the numbers:

  • 100M+ lives touched through Headspace’s digital and clinical offerings

  • 70M+ app downloads making it one of the most widely used mental health apps worldwide

📌 Icons rules: arrive on time, and stay through the conversation with the speaker.
