Clay Co-Working: Roast My Workflow!
We're trying something new at Clay Club NY. Instead of high-level demos and casual co-working, we’re spending an afternoon diving deep on two real-world Clay systems currently running in production.
These aren’t theoretical builds — they’re working projects from real client engagements, and we’re going to pick them apart together: what's working, what’s not, and how we’d each approach it differently.
This is Clay work at its most honest: live debugging, deep system walkthroughs, and real feedback from peers.
Agenda:
1:30-5pm: Two rooms, one workflow per room
Room 1: Hosted by Andreas. In-production examples of prospecting data systems that capture every qualified lead at target accounts, enrich the relevant data, and sync it campaign-ready to the CRM. We'll focus on the mechanics: Workflow architecture, classification and qualification agents, data flows, CRM data planning, and CRM integration.
Room 2: Community-led. We’re crowdsourcing the second session — whether it’s personalized outbound at scale, niche AI enrichments, or a complex automation, we’ll pick one real system and debug it together.
Who should attend:
Clay experts who want to move beyond “cool build!” and into real critique
Freelancers & consultants looking to sharpen their GTM systems and implementation strategy
Curious builders who want to see Clay used at its full depth
This is a chance to learn not just what others are building in Clay, but how they think — and to share your own techniques, questions, and opinions along the way.
