Pod Masterminds are intentionally small and curated to maintain depth, relevance, and trust.
Because of this, advance registration is required.
Pod Masterminds are designed for focused execution, clarity, and progress, not surface-level conversation.
Members are placed into curated pods of 5–8 founders based on business stage, challenges, and goals.
Each pod functions as a peer advisory board, built to create trust, context, and momentum over time.
The entire community gathers in one location to start the session together.
From there, members break out into their assigned pods for structured, facilitated work.
Every session includes guided hot seats, strategic problem-solving, and direct feedback from peers who understand the realities of operating at your level.
Format
Pod size: 5–8 members
Structure: Facilitated hot seats and guided discussions
Focus: Business challenges, decision-making, and goal advancement
Schedule
Frequency: Every other month
Timing: Fourth Thursday of the month
Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
If this is your first time and would like to be entered into an existing pod group you must register 1 week in advance
Walk-ins are not permitted.
Pod placement is based on business stage, current challenges, and stated goals to ensure each group is aligned and productive. Once pods are finalized, assignments remain locked for that session.
Registration closes in advance of the event to allow for proper curation and preparation.
Key Logistics
Members must sign up in advance to be placed into a pod
Pods are assigned prior to the event and cannot be changed on-site
No drop-ins or same-day registrations
Attendance is capped to preserve pod quality
Members who do not register will still be welcome at other community events but will not be able to participate in the Pod Mastermind session.
