I've spent the last few months building a Personal OS on top of Obsidian and Claude Code — a single system that runs my consultancy, my CRM, my todos, my content pipeline, (some of) my finances, and the admin of everyday life. It isn't an app. It's a pile of markdown, a few Python scripts, and an AI collaborator that knows how I work. I'll show what it does, how it's wired together, and what's actually changed about how I spend my time.
