Hosted by Melia with @mysticalmoonhaven, this intimate gathering is designed to nurture your spirit and foster a vibrant community of women supporting women through meaningful, soul-centered time together.

​What to Expect:

​•  Short Guided Meditation: Kick off with a calming 10-15 minute session to center your energy, release the week’s stresses, and open your heart to meaningful sharing.

​•  Sisterhood Talk Circle: Dive into inspiring discussions on the meditation or topics like gratitude, inner strength, and personal growth. “Spill the tea” on your experiences in a safe, confidential space—whether it’s triumphs, challenges, or “aha” moments. Expect laughter, empathy, and real talk that leaves you feeling renewed and connected.

​•  Tea Sharing & Mingling: Sip on a variety of herbal and soul-soothing teas (feel free to contribute your own!). We’ll have basics covered for a cozy, communal vibe with time for casual chats and building lasting bonds.
