​이번 밋업에서 나눌 이야기

​프로덕트를 만드는 방식은 어디서 일하느냐에 따라 꽤 달라집니다. 무엇을 만들지 정하는 방식, PM이 맡는 범위, 출시 속도, 그리고 이제는 AI 에이전트에게 어디까지 맡기는지까지. 어느 것도 세계 공통이 아닌데, 대부분은 자기가 속한 한 가지 방식만 보며 일합니다.

​이날은 미국, 일본, 한국에서 프로덕트를 만드는 PM들이 한자리에 모입니다. 먼저 미국과 일본에서 PM으로 일해 온 두 분과 이야기를 나누고, 이어서 도쿄의 프런티어 AI 랩 Sakana AI의 PM과 1:1로 대담합니다. 그 뒤로는 자유롭게 네트워킹합니다.

​What we'll talk about

​Building product looks different depending on where you do it. How a team decides what to build, how much a PM is expected to own, how fast a company ships, and now, how much of the work an AI agent takes on. None of it is universal, yet most of us only ever see one version of it.

​For one evening, product managers building across the US, Japan and Korea sit down together. First, April and Mark talk about working as a PM in the US and in Japan. Then Alain from Sakana AI, a frontier AI lab in Tokyo, joins for a one-on-one conversation. The rest of the evening is open networking.

​All sessions are in English, with Korean AI translation available.
