Morning Beach Walk + Mindfulness | 4WARD x Norrsken Impact Week Day 2
Day 2 of Norrsken Impact Week starts later. Use that.
Join 4WARD.earth for a morning beach walk along the Barcelona coastline, followed by an optional short guided meditation or breathwork session by the water. A chance to decompress, reflect, and connect more quietly after an intense Day 1.
This is a more intentional format than Day 1's walk - smaller group energy, more space for real conversation, and a reminder that the people solving hard problems also need to take care of themselves.
We set off at 9:00am and finish near Norrsken House around 10:30, in good time before the Day 2 program opens at 11:00. The walk ends close to the venue, so come ready for the full conference day. For anyone who wants one, there is a coffee spot nearby to carry on the conversation before the doors open.
