About Event

Do you find yourself wondering how to present your innovation's sustainability effectively? As a startup founder or operator, the ability to quantify and pitch the ecological soundness of your ventures is a vital skill.

During this coaching session, you'll dive deep into the world of Life Cycle Assessments - a powerful tool that can make or break your pitch. We'll shed light on its strengths and weaknesses, giving you an edge when promoting your eco-friendly initiatives.

You'll learn how to balance your inputs, such as materials and energy consumption, with your outputs, like waste and emissions. By the end of the session, you'll be adept at assigning eco-design principles to different life cycle phases, including component recyclability and circularity principles. We'll also provide you with a roadmap to open-source tools and databases, arming you with valuable resources for your sustainable venture.

Additionally, for startups based in Switzerland or engaging in bilateral collaborations with the country, there's more! We'll introduce you to relevant funding opportunities presented by Innovsuisse, making your sustainability journey easier and more rewarding.

This workshop will be taking place at the Climate Lab, during the HackSummit 2024, in Beaulieu Halle 36.

This event is a part of the HackSummit - and is only open to tickets holders. If you wish to register and don't have a ticket yet, visit our website now.
