Innovative Finance and Partnerships for the Regenerative Transition

​Regenerative agriculture adoption at scale is constrained by a lack of capital. This transition capital gap is well known. Compeer, the Farm Credit, set out to solve that problem for farmers and downstream corporations alike. They aren't alone in bringing innovative, practical and scalable solutions.

This small group session is hosted by PepsiCo, Compeer and Kearney for farm-to-table dinner, drinks and conversation at the top of the iconic Empire State Building.

We're hosting a candid discussion followed by an interactive exploration of how to speed up and scale more resilient and lower-carbon ingredient supply chains.

This program will highlight an innovative financing mechanism ​Compeer (Farm Credit) successfully launched with PepsiCo and is scaling now. Their RegenLend program launched in June, 2026 was oversubscribed by farmers within one week.

This event is an opportunity to explore and guide further capital allocations to best benefit existing and new programs; as well as meeting potential future collaborators.
