​The Seasoned Path is a cultural and culinary immersion. Our mission is to create mutual understanding, cultivate connection, and celebrate our differences through the medium of food. We do this through intimate gatherings where in each event, we dive deep into one culture, region, or country’s cuisine. This is an invitation to slow down, to savour deeply rooted dishes, and to connect with like-minded people. With each course, we will uncover the history, significance, and personal stories behind the dishes we'll enjoy, told directly by the chef who prepares it.

​Our next event: A Night For Palestine

In our second edition, titled "A Night For Palestine" we will be celebrating authentic Palestinian Cuisine and culture. In this special holiday edition of The Seasoned Path, we are partnering with a charity, with the profits donated to The Gaza Soup Kitchen. 

​🎟️ Your ticket cost is 85 Euros; this includes cost 60 euros for the dinner and 25 euros going directly to the people of Gaza. Please note: tickets are not for sale on Luma - you can purchase them here.

​During the evening, you will not only enjoy incredible food and company, but also experience art, culture and stories from those finding hope in a dark time, while actively helping a community in need. This is your opportunity to get to know a culture and people that for so long hasn't had a voice alongside a community who share your vision of an equitable future. 

​Meet the Chefs:

​We are honoured to have Ayed and Kevin of sufra as the chefs for the evening. Sufra crafts culinary experiences that celebrate the vibrant flavours of Levantine cuisines, while also showing a passion for preserving heritage. Ayed is Palestinian, Kevin is Lebanese, and they are both based here in Berlin.  

​sufra  (سفرة)  in Arabic, refers to a decorated table or a dining spread where food is served. It is a term commonly used for feasts. The original definition of sufra derived from “sending off on a journey ” or “food for the traveller". 

​When speaking to them, it was so clear that our hearts were in the same place — we share a mission of creating community through the exploration of foods, as well as a dedication to crafting an unforgettable experience for guests. We feel honoured to get to bring their amazing dishes to each of you.

​This is not fusion.  Every dish is prepared as it was meant to be, rooted in tradition, full of depth, and made with intention. Alongside the meal, you’ll hear Ayed and Kevin's personal reflections and gain insight into the cultural significance of the ingredients, spices, and stories behind the food.

​What is the Gaza Soup Kitchen?

​
Gaza Soup Kitchen is a grassroots organization that was established in Beit Lahia, Gaza, to provide food for Palestinians at risk of famine during the Gaza war. The initiative began by feeding 150 families a day in April 2024 and quickly grew to serving 3,000 people daily. Operating amidst unimaginable scarcity and risk, their team works tirelessly to prepare and serve hot, nourishing meals.  Currently, across 10 active kitchen sites, the team prepares simple vegetarian meals—like rice, pasta, and khubeza (a wild foraged green)—often with severely limited supplies that depend on ongoing donations. .

​What's included in your ticket:

Included in your tickets is a full three course meal, a non-alcoholic welcome drink, as well as still and sparkling water. The main dish and dessert will be vegan or non-vegan based on your ticket type; appetisers will be vegan for all.

​Optional Wine Pairing:
You have to option to enhance your experience with a wine pairing of alcoholic wines, carefully curated with the team at 8 green bottles.

🍷 Additional wine available by the glass (payment via PayPal at the event)

​For folks not looking to drink alcohol: 
Included in your ticket is a non-alcoholic welcome drink and unlimited still/sparkling water. We may have some alternative non-alc beverages for purchase on the night.
