Touch Grass: Morning Pilates & Matcha Whisking Workshop
Before day two of the summit, come north for two hours outside.
We start with a 45-minute chair Pilates class on our patio, led by a certified instructor. No mat, no floor work, no gym clothes needed — come as you are. All levels, built for bodies that spend conference days sitting.
Then take a seat at the bar for a matcha whisking and tasting workshop. You will whisk your own bowl and turn it into a matcha or hojicha latte, guided by our team. Alongside: a table of feel-good house baked goods — organic buckwheat bagels, seasonal loaves, mini scones, and cookies, all baked on site. Our kitchen works exclusively with organic buckwheat, psyllium husk, and chia; no wheat is used on site.
We wrap by 9:45 — about 20 minutes back to the summit venue on Line 1. You arrive having already talked to people properly.
What to bring: just yourself. Comfortable clothes help, but nothing special needed. Everything else is on us.
