About OxTechWeek – Core Programme Ticket
OxTechWeek brings together leading researchers, founders, investors, and operators across Oxford and beyond for four days of high-signal conversations at the frontier of technology and science.
If you are an academic, founder, or student, please select the "Academic/Founder/Student" ticket (£180 incl. VAT) (please use your organisation's email when registering). Otherwise, please select "General Entry" (£300 incl. VAT).
This ticket grants access to the Core Programme at the Mathematical Institute (Main Stage, L1), the central hub of OxTechWeek, featuring:
Keynote talks from leading scientists, founders, and investors
Panel discussions on AI, biotech, and frontier technologies
Curated sessions designed to foster meaningful exchange across academia and industry

What your ticket includes
Access to all Core Programme sessions on the Main Stage at the Mathematical Institute during:
Tuesday 26 May: 09:00–13:00
Wednesday 27 May: 09:00–12:00
Thursday 28 May: 09:00–16:00
Friday 29 May: 09:00–15:00
Important
This ticket only covers the Core Programme organised by the OxTechWeek team
Partner and community events (including some afternoon sessions, even if hosted at the main stage) require separate registration
Tickets are application-based
Approval & Payment
You will not be charged unless your application is approved. Successful applications will be approved within 72 hours of registration.
