​👨‍🎨 About the Speaker: Angela Sung is a Production Designer at Sony Pictures Animation, currently working on an unannounced feature film. She joined Sony in 2023 as a Visual Development Artist on Netflix’s global hit K-Pop: Demon Hunters.

​With over 13 years of studio experience, Angela previously served as Art Director on Netflix's Emmy-nominated Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts and worked as a Visual Development Artist on DreamWorks' The Bad Guys. Her work as a background designer on Nickelodeon’s The Legend of Korra contributed to the show's 2014 Annie Award for Outstanding Achievement in Production Design.

​She has also collaborated with Warner Bros., Blur Studio, and Netflix Animation. Beyond studio production, Angela is a dedicated global art instructor, co-founder of Warrior Painters, and co-founder of Warrior Art Camp.
