Arrive Thursday morning ready to crank. You'll get clear on what you want to build in 2 days, then you'll get four Build Sessions to get a working MVP built before Demo Day on Friday afternoon. The top-voted AI agent built wins a prize!

Non-member tickets are $2,000 per person. Only 10 will be sold, and once they are gone, we won't accept more attendees.

If you run a real business and want to stop talking about AI agents and start running one, you're in the right room.
You don't need to be a developer. You do need to have used AI at work before. You'll build with tools like Claude and Claude Code, with our AI builders in the room to help when you get stuck.
Good projects for two days look like:
A company brain that gives your agents the context they need about your business
An agent that runs your social media, outbound prospecting or SEO
A dashboard that tracks a number you care about, like client retention
Not a good fit for two days: launching a whole new business or a full app store release. Go deep on one thing that works.

You'll leave with 3 things:
1 working build that meets your own definition of Done
1 room of connections with owners and operators building the same way you are
1 core memory you'll be talking about for a while
How it works
Before the event, you'll get a prep packet with a short exercise to help you choose what to build. You'll show up knowing what you're there to finish.
On Day 1, Austin hands every builder our custom Planning Skill. It shrinks your idea down to something you can finish in two days: one sentence on what you're building and what Done looks like. Then you build in focused sprints, with timers on, notifications off and headphones in. Our team walks the room between sprints to get you unstuck.
On Day 2, you sprint to the finish. In the afternoon it's Demo Day. Builders who opt in take the big screen to show what they made, and the room votes. Prizes include Meta Ray-Bans, AirPods Pro and trophies.
2-Day Itinerary
⚠️ The schedule is tight and we must be out of the building by 5:00pm both days. Please arrive on time.
Day 1: Thursday, October 15. Plan + Build
9:00 — Doors open. Networking. Breakfast tacos.
10:00 — Opening remarks from Distel + the Sprint Planning Skill
11:00 — Planning sprint: lock in what you're building and what Done looks like
11:30 — Lightning shares: one minute each on what you're building
12:00 — Build Session 1
1:30 — Lunch is provided
2:30 — Build Session 2. Goal: halfway done
4:00 — Happy hour and networking
7:00 — Members-only dinner (RSVP required)
Day 2: Friday, October 16. Finish + Compete
9:00 — Doors open. Coffee.
9:15 — Standup by table
9:30 — Build Session 3, with a working lunch
1:30 — Break
2:00 — Build Session 4: polish and submit
3:00 — Demo Day
4:00 — Awards
4:30 — Networking and group photo

Who is hosting?
Austin Distel founded Agentic Society. Since 2020, he has been applying AI to grow revenue. As CMO at Jasper, Distel led the growth from $0 to $1.5B in 18 months with just 2 marketers and a total of 15 people in the company.
After a successful exit in 2023, Distel acquired small businesses, installed AI-powered marketing systems, and spoke on stages about AI for revenue growth.
Now his full focus is building the #1 mastermind in Austin, TX for founders and AI builders using AI agents to grow their businesses together.
