She specialises in identifying value levers before acquisition, designing integration and carve-out strategies, and supporting exit readiness, working closely with C-suite leaders to drive transformation across FinTech and Financial Services.
Prior to this, Inês was a Manager in M&A Technology at Deloitte in London, delivering Product & Tech diligence for clients across Energy, Digital Payments, and SaaS. She began her career in Corporate Finance at PwC in Lisbon.
Inês holds an International Master's in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics in Portugal.
