About Event

What if the reason you feel stuck isn’t a lack of options — but competing forces pulling, pushing, and shaping your life?

At certain points in our lives and careers, something shifts.

You may be doing well on paper. But internally, questions begin to surface:

  • Is this still what I want?

  • What else could be possible for me?

  • Why does it feel harder to decide what comes next?

Often, the challenge isn’t a lack of options.

It’s that we are navigating multiple forces at once.

This session introduces a simple but powerful way to see clearly.

In this playfully imaginative and thought-provoking Personal Foresight Lab, you will be guided through a structured foresight tool to map the forces shaping your possible futures.

Through guided reflection and small-group conversation, you will explore:

  • The future that is pulling you forward

  • The present realities demanding your attention and pushing change in your life and career

  • The beliefs, habits or expectations that may still be holding weight

More importantly, you will learn how to:

  • Make sense of these competing forces

  • Identify where you feel stuck, and why

  • Clarify your next move

This is not a lecture.

It is a hands-on, reflective and conversational experience designed to help you think more clearly about your life and career decisions.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You just need to be open to seeing things differently.

Who this is for

This session is designed for working professional women who wish to live with greater purpose and intentionality, including:

  • Mid-career professionals at a crossroads

  • Women leaders rethinking direction or priorities

  • Those feeling pulled in multiple directions and wanting clarity

What you will walk away with

  • A clearer understanding of the forces shaping your life

  • A simple framework you can reuse for future decisions

  • One or two practical next steps or experiments to move forward
