[VIRTUAL] Pipeline Foundation Sprint: GTM Workshop for Early-Stage Founders
A 90-minute virtual cohort workshop for early-stage founders who are actively selling or trying to. In 90 minutes, founders leave with three outputs they can use immediately:
A revised elevator pitch built around how buyers actually decide
A validated Ideal Client Profile pressure-tested through peer discussion
Observable trigger events that signal when a buyer in that profile is ready to move
Format: ICP mapping, small founder breakouts (4-6 per group), debrief, and a self-run qualification checklist. Attendees receive a PDF of the session output within a day.
The session is facilitated by Eshon Mitra, founder of TowelLine LAB. Eshon is a 2008 Tepper School alum and spent 15 years at EY. The last eight years at EY he led the development of collaborative selling methods that were central to EY's Managed Services Go To Market approach. At TowelLine he works with founders to co-create structured commercial discovery processes, giving them a repeatable way to qualify opportunities early and build more predictable pipelines.
Hosted on Microsoft Teams - joining link will be shared with registered attendees before the session.
