Product folks should ship code!!!
Here’s the TL;DR
A free, 60-minute session where we’ll break down how AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor are changing the product role, and walk you through everything you need to start building with them yourself.
We’ll start with the big picture; how Product roles and team dynamics are shifting and then get hands-on: the tools, the new ways of thinking about AI collaboration, how to work alongside your dev team, and how to go from “I have an idea” to “I have a working thing on my laptop.”
This is a casual, cameras-off session. You’re welcome to drop questions in the chat throughout; we’ll leave time for Q&A at the end.
Here’s What You’ll Walk Away With
How Product roles are changing - what the data actually says about PM roles at AI-native companies, and why this is an opportunity, not a threat
How team dynamics and processes are shifting - the old loop (deck → alignment → mockup → ticket → wait) is breaking down, and what’s replacing it
Mental models for working with AI: Design Mode vs. Build Mode - a framework for knowing when to think and when to ship
What agents are and how to think about them - cutting through the hype to understand what AI agents actually do today and where they’re headed
Which AI tools to use when - a plain-English guide to the leading AI coding models and what each is best at
The AI-powered building tools - how tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Replit are making it possible for non-engineers to build real software
How to talk to AI tools effectively - the practical skills that separate useful AI output from wasted time
Collaborating with your dev team using GitHub - just enough to unlock your ability to contribute working code, review work, and feel confident in the workflow
Going from idea to prototype - what it actually takes to go from “I have an idea” to “I have a working thing on my laptop”
Next steps to go deeper - where to go from here if you want to keep building
Who Should Join?
This session is built for anyone in or around Product teams, but it’s especially great for:
Product Managers and Product Leaders (Dir, VPs, & CPOs)
Product Designers and UX leads
Engineering leads curious about how their product counterparts are evolving
Founders wearing the Product hat
Anyone who’s heard “PMs should learn to code with AI” and wants to understand what that actually means in practice
We even welcome Engineers who have yet to dive into this new toolset
No technical background required. No need to be able to read code. Seriously.
About the Speaker
Eran Dror is the Co-Founder & CEO of Evermuse - where he ships complex Production code using AI every day. He is also the Managing Partner of Remake Ventures, a venture studio focused on building human-centered startups. He’s helped 40+ startups raise $300M+ by finding product-market fit, including his first exit SetJam (a smart TV startup which sold to Motorola in 2012). Eran brings the Product craft and PMF perspective to the session. He’s been deep into the AI coding stack for 18 months, produced 80% of the code for Evermuse, and still doesn’t need to read a line of code.
