Signature Gathering with UAW 4811 at UCSF Mission Bay
Join us and UAW 4811 to start gathering signatures for Connect Bay Area, the five-county regional transit funding measure! Everyone is welcome.
We will meet at 5:30pm at Mission Hall room 1401 for a quick training on how to gather signatures. We will have someone stationed at the main entrance on 4th Street to let you into the building until 5:45.
To see the most friendly faces and to join the group training session, plan to meet at the event start time. But if you've already attended a training (or if you complete online training in advance by reading our training guide then completing this form), you can stop by anytime before the end of the event to drop off completed petitions and/or pick up new ones. Your RSVP is helpful either way.
No experience necessary. You just need to be 18 years old to gather signatures. If you're under 18, let us know at connectbayarea26@gmail.com as there are many other ways to be involved and help!

San Francisco needs to pass both the Stronger Muni for All (San Francisco parcel tax) and Connect Bay Area (five-county sales tax) transit measures in November to prevent service cuts, and you can gather signatures for both at the same time! We will have both petitions available at this event.
