Guests will enjoy a guided mini cake decorating experience led by Carla, founder and baker of Butterboy Baking Co., a Queens-based baker known for her artisanal, Filipino-inspired pastries rooted in culture, family, and tradition. Carla will share tips, techniques, and creative inspiration as you decorate your own cake to take home, creating a relaxed, judgment-free space to unwind, create, and connect.
In addition to the hands-on experience, guests will be invited into a thoughtful conversation on health, wellness, and self-care led by Dr. Fazeeda Rahman, Ph.D., LCSW, a women’s wellness therapist and founder of Vibrant Women Wellness Counseling. With over two decades of experience supporting women through life transitions, stress, and burnout, Dr. Rahman will guide an accessible, grounding discussion focused on prioritizing self-care with intention — especially during a season that often centers everyone else.
Helping to set the tone for the evening, Patricia Desormeau, wellness coach and founder of PD Wellness, will create a calm, welcoming environment that encourages reflection, ease, and connection. Her approach centers on body trust, compassionate accountability, and sustainable wellness, reminding guests that care for oneself can be gentle, realistic, and rooted in self-trust.
