The Platform Table // LDN.1
A dinner hosted by David Soria Parra, with Peter Alexander and Paul Carleton, engineers from Anthropic's Platform Engineering, Safeguards and Research teams.
David co-created MCP. It was written on this team and handed to the industry, competitors included, and the work around it is still being invented: the proxy that routes every tool call, the connectors, the tunnels, the auth model underneath all of it.
Peter and Paul work either side of that layer. Same problem from three angles: what the model can do, what reaches it, and what it's allowed to do once it's there.
Models improve faster than companies can use them. Most of that gap is a connection problem. That's what we want to talk about, with a table of platform and infrastructure engineers in London.
We've taken the Swiss Room at Mount St. and the chef is cooking a set menu. Dinner and drinks are on us.
Doors at 7pm. Address once you're confirmed.
