Let's Define: Professional Personality in Design is the seventh edition of the Let's Define conference series, taking place on 7 November in Barcelona at La Fabrica & Co.
If anything can be standardized: it will be. What's left irreplaceable is the part that's specifically yours: your taste, your background, the unique combination of experience nobody else has.
We're spending a day on what that actually defines professional personality, both for designers and for the people who hire them.
Through conversations with practitioners and industry leaders, we will look at how personal style, strengths and positioning influence careers, teams and creative work and how designers come to understand their own value.
