Beyond The bot | An AI Showcase for People Leaders

​Everyone knows AI is changing the People Team function, but the focus is now shifting from deploying simple bots and some automations to building full internal systems. It's hard to know where to start, especially when balancing the critical "buy vs. build" decision.

​Yet, a growing wave of People leaders, like Idan from Carwow and Adam Horne's Openorg.fyi community, are already navigating this dilemma and shipping bespoke internal tools with real impact.

​Join us and ~50 fellow People Leaders on Tuesday 6 October, from 6pm, at carwow's London office.

​The plan for the night:

• ​18-18:30 | drinks, pizza, networking

• ​18:30-19:30 | The showcase: four People leaders demo what they've built, from simple workflows up to Idan at carwow's Attendance Engine, a full internal tool he shipped himself

• ​19:30 - 20:00 | Then a Q&A with all four, where you can ask how they did it and workshop your own ideas with the room

​We'll be joined by Adam Horne from OpenOrg.fyi, and we'll have some annual subscriptions to give out on the night.

​We're also releasing a set of Claude Skills built specifically for People Ops workflows that you can start getting value from the next day.

​Turn up, get some inspiration, have a drink. You don't need to have built anything, and you don't need to work at a tech company - being curious about AI and what it can deliver for your people is more than enough!
