What's Happening:

12:00 – 12:30 | Arrive & Coffee

Get settled, meet people, grab refreshments

12:30 – 13:15 | Agent Wars: Open vs Closed & The Stack Beneath

Agents are everywhere — Instinct, Muse, Grokbot, Hermes, dots, OpenClaw — but what's actually running under the hood? We'll map the landscape: closed platforms versus open alternatives, the architectural choices that matter, and the real differences between the tools you're hearing about. Whether you're building, choosing, or just trying to keep up, this is the stack you need to know.

13:15 – 14:00 | Agent Usage: Show & Tell

Time for questions, discussions, and impromptu demos. Building something with OpenClaw or another open agent stack? Want to share what you're working on? Drop us an email at socials@firstdataunion.org and let us know — we'd love to have you show it.
