​Creative Regulation Lab is a music-guided creative expression session designed for busy minds that rarely get a break. Through curated sound and simple art prompts, lead by local artist / wellness coach, participants are invited to slow down, shift out of constant thinking, and let the hands lead — no art experience, sharing, or performance required. This is not about making “good” art, but about nervous system regulation, focus, and giving the brain a different kind of space to reset. Come as you are, listen, create, and leave a little more grounded than you arrived.
