A Defensible Decision: AI Board Governance for the Agentic Era
Agentic AI systems are making decisions, taking actions, and operating across your organization with limited human review.
Independent directors are being held to a new standard of AI oversight.
A Defensible Decision is an invitation-only breakfast working session for independent board directors and board-ready executives ready to exercise judgment on AI risk and value creation at the governance level.
In 90 minutes, you'll work through real governance case studies using the AI Board Governance Compass framework - a structured tool for evaluating AI risk, oversight structure, and director accountability in an agentic environment.
You'll leave with a clear picture of where your board stands and what reasonable care looks like in practice.
Light breakfast, tea, and coffee will be served.
