Women Tech Council 3x3

Expand your circle and join the conversations shaping tech careers at WTC 3x3 Connections, hosted by BambooHR.

This interactive networking experience brings women and men across Utah’s tech community together for three small-group discussions with industry leaders. Each rotation offers space to ask questions, share experiences, and walk away with practical ideas and meaningful connections.

Together, we’ll explore:

• The Art of Talking About Yourself: Communicate your contributions and make your impact visible with confidence.

• From Data to Decisions: Turn Insights into Action: Use data to influence decisions and build more inclusive teams and products.

• Leading When AI Changes the Playbook: Navigate changing roles, technologies, and priorities while finding new opportunities to lead.

Connect with leaders from BambooHR, MX, Lucid Software, Zions Bancorporation, ARUP Labs, OxEon Energy, and Proximity. Whether you’re growing your career, leading a team, or exploring your next move, bring your questions and perspective—you’re part of the conversation.

Come ready to meet new people, exchange ideas, and build connections that extend beyond the event.
