mid-year check-in through dance & connect

​an invitation to pause, move, and reflect before stepping into the second half of the year.

​We'll begin with a 45-minute Dance & Connect session—a guided movement experience inspired by pop and dancehall rhythms, to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and enjoy moving without a choreography. We'll then continue with an intuitive painting session, with space to create freely, reflect, and connect with others.

​All materials are included, though you're welcome to bring your own paints, brushes or paper if you'd like to work with materials you enjoy using.

​no experience is needed, just come as you are.

​This gathering is part of the Mid-Year Check-In Series, two Sunday sessions exploring reflection through movement and creative practices. You're welcome to join one or both.

​Optional tarot and birth chart readings will be available after the gathering (suggested donation from €10, with prior reservation).
