​In this first HealthTech Readiness session, Golden Circle and Xmartlabs will explore two critical pieces of the journey: investment readiness and product readiness. We’ll talk about what founders should have in place before fundraising, what investors may look for, and how to think about product development in a way that supports the company’s next stage of growth.

​Speaker Bios:

​Agustín Hernández Bonaglia is the CEO and Co-founder of Xmartlabs, an AI-native product development studio helping startups and forward-looking companies build, scale, and evolve high-value digital products. With a technical and founder background, he helps startups make stronger product, technology, and execution decisions as they prepare to grow and scale.

​Maria Gracia Agurto is the Founder and CEO of Golden Circle, a venture advisory firm that helps startup founders strengthen their positioning, fundraising narrative, and strategy for raising capital. A former MedTech founder, angel investor, and venture capital professional, she is currently a HealthTech Venture Fellow at Hustle Fund.
