[Public] Bay Area Burbea Sangha

​Our intention for this sangha is to offer a fertile ground for those exploring Rob Burbea's teachings, which include emptiness, soulmaking, samadhi (and much more). We exist to nourish each other in community, and connect those exploring similar territories. Both experienced practitioners with Rob Burbea's approaches and are newcomers are very welcome.

​Our time together will include:

• ​Community connection

• ​Silent practice time

• ​Unstructured social time, with snacks!

​​We will be in 550 studio. Bring a meditation cushion, something for the altar (if you would like), some snacks to share, and an open heart.
