Overperformance, Burnout, and Our Overdependence on Technology
As part of the Poverty Stoplight Innovation Week, this conversation explores chronic overperformance, burnout, and the growing role of screens, devices, and digital tools in shaping how we work, strive, compare, and disconnect. Drawing on themes from Life. Reclaimed: Find Freedom from Chronic Overperformance, Pippa Grange, a performance psychologist, culture coach, author, and ethical leadership fellow who has worked with elite teams and performers around the world, will reflect on how to keep the human at the center of ambition and achievement.
In dialogue with Julia Corvalan, PhD, Global Operations Manager at Poverty Stoplight and an international development expert focused on grassroots innovation and social technology, the session will consider how individuals and organizations can move away from unsustainable patterns of overperformance and toward more intentional, humane, and resilient ways of living and working.
This session will be held in English with simultaneous live Spanish translation.
