Executive Table Zurich: The Future of Digital Customer Experience
Executive Table Zurich: The Future of Digital Customer Experience
Digital marketing is evolving fast, driven by AI, data, automation, and rising expectations for more relevant customer experiences. Ahead of DEX26, Insider One is bringing the conversation beyond the conference floor and around the dinner table.
On 17 November in Zurich, Insider One, in partnership with Digitl, will host an intimate, invitation-only dinner for a select group of senior Marketing, Digital, Ecommerce, and Customer Experience leaders.
Taking place on the eve of DEX26, one of Switzerland’s key digital marketing gatherings, the evening is an opportunity to connect with peers before a full day of keynotes, masterclasses, workshops, and conversations around the future of digital marketing.
This isn't a presentation, it's a conversation.
Over dinner, we’ll explore how AI, data, and technology are changing the way brands understand, engage, and build relationships with their customers — and what that means for the next generation of digital experiences.
Expect candid discussion, shared perspectives, and the chance to exchange ideas with leaders navigating many of the same opportunities and challenges.
What to expect:
An intimate dinner with a curated group of senior digital and marketing leaders.
Candid conversations around AI, customer engagement, personalization, data, and digital experience.
Perspectives from Insider One, Digitl, and fellow industry leaders.
