Build a Team of AI Agents with Databricks: From Your Data to a Live Chatbot
Most chatbots can only talk. AI agents can do more: they look up real data, use tools, and work together to find an answer.
In this 2-hour hands-on workshop, you will build a small team of AI agents for Northline Cycles, a made-up online bike shop:
✅ A sales agent that answers questions about the shop's data in plain English ✅ A customer care agent that checks if an order can be returned and how much the customer gets back ✅ A main chat that sends each question to the right agent ✅ A public chatbot on a web page, with simple guardrails so it doesn't share private data
No coding needed. We will do everything in the Databricks interface, and each person works on their own free account.
👥 Who is it for? Students, analysts, developers, researchers, or anyone curious about AI agents. If you can use a web browser, you can follow along.

Create a free Hugging Face account for the last part: https://huggingface.co/join
Bring a laptop with Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Nothing to install.
We will send you the workshop files a few days before.
