A hackathon where everyone ships a post-trained model. Turn yourself into a lab for a night: bring a laptop and the agent that is not good enough, and go home with a sandbox to run it in, a model trained on your own traces, and somewhere to serve it that is not someone else's API.

​Short talks, then laptops open. Prize for the most innovative deployment, judged by all three teams at the end of the night.
