A hackathon where everyone ships a post-trained model. Turn yourself into a lab for a night: bring a laptop and the agent that is not good enough, and go home with a sandbox to run it in, a model trained on your own traces, and somewhere to serve it that is not someone else's API.
Short talks, then laptops open. Prize for the most innovative deployment, judged by all three teams at the end of the night.
