Climate Week: Thursday is for Farmers
It’s Thursday of Climate Week. By now, you’ve talked about climate, carbon, nature, food systems, finance and scale. So for one afternoon, we’re making Thursday about farmers.
TREES is bringing together a small group of people who spend their lives working with farmers for cake, conversation and an honest, off-the-record discussion about what we’re learning, what we’re getting wrong and the questions we don’t ask often enough.
No panels, no pitches, and no perfect answers. We will acknowledge that we’re in New York talking about farmers without farmers in the room — and keep asking ourselves: what would the farmer say?
Come with a question, an unfinished idea, and a willingness to challenge some assumptions. We’ll Keep it on the Farm: take the learning with you, leave the attribution behind.
Thursday is for Farmers | 2–3:30pm, with cake and conversation until 4pm.
