​LETSS make something blue together! 💙

​join us for a slow, playful afternoon of cyanotype: a photographic printing technique where UV light, water and a little chemistry turn flowers, shapes and everyday objects into beautiful deep-blue prints.

​never tried it before? perfect.
no experience needed, no need to be “good at art”. just bring your curiosity.

​we’ll start with a lovely cup of tea, get to know the people we’ll be creating alongside and slowly get into it together.

​we’ll show you how cyanotype works, then it’s your turn to play: choosing your materials, experimenting with different compositions and creating something that feels completely yours.

​in this workshop you’ll learn how to:

​☀️ create your own cyanotype composition
🌿 experiment with flowers, objects and shapes
💙 expose your piece using UV light
💧 wash it and watch that beautiful blue appear

​everything you need will be there. if there’s something special you’d like to include in your piece, feel free to bring it with you.

​want to create your cyanotype using a photo? send it to us at letss.collective@gmail.com at least 3 days before the workshop, and we’ll get it ready for you ;)

​(FYI on choosing your photo: for the best result, choose a high contrast photo with clear shapes and defined details. Avoid very dark, blurry or low-contrast images – simple photos with distinct light and dark areas work best!)

​there’s no right or wrong here. follow your curiosity, try things out, change your mind, make a mess. it doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to feel like yours.

​what is included in the workshop:

• ​all materials to create a unique cyanotype piece (chemicals, UV lamp, 300g A4 paper, dry and fresh flowers, decorative elements)

• ​tea

• ​snacks

​come on your own or bring someone you love. spend an afternoon away from your routine, try something with your hands, meet some lovely people along the way and go home with a one-of-a-kind cyanotype made by you.
