Modus Open Lean Coffee Jan 2026
Modus Institute holds a free, monthly Open Lean Coffee to give the community a structured, agenda-free space to talk honestly about making work more humane, sustainable, and effective. It exists to help people escape toxic patterns, share real-world experience, and leave with clearer thinking and practical next steps for their own teams and organization.
Participants build the agenda together, vote on what matters most, and move topics through a simple Personal Kanban-style flow (To Discuss → Discussing → Done→ Epiphanies) as the conversation unfolds.
These free, recurring monthly events serve as a global gathering point for people who care about work that respects both productivity and humanity: project managers, developers, team leads, coaches, solopreneurs, and anyone wrestling with overloaded systems, burnout, or corrosive workplace norms.
