Forget the awkward small talk. This month, we’re getting intentional. Join the Talent Collective NYC Chapter for a high-energy, in-person social where we use the power of the "lightning deck" to get to know the brilliant women+ in our circle.
We’re providing a simple 3-slide template. Your job? Fill it in and bring your energy! Whether you’re hiring, looking, or networking, this is where we map out exactly how our "girl gang" can support you. It's also a great opportunity to practice your elevator pitch and presentation skills so you can get constructive feedback on what is or isn't working!

When: Friday March 27 2026
Time: 6-9pm
Where: TBD — Could your office host us? We are currently looking for a host sponsor for this session. If your company has a space we can use for ~20 people, please let us know!
Alternative: If we don't find an office home, we’ll move to a nearby cafe with a small cover charge to secure our spot.
