Claude for Sell-Side Buyer Universe Engine
What this workshop covers
This is a 1-hour hands-on session showing investment bankers, M&A advisors, and sell-side deal teams how to produce a tiered buyer universe with an outreach order, using Claude AI agents inside Claude Cowork.
We walk you through a production-ready multi-agent workflow that takes a target profile and your buyer databases and produces a tiered universe where every name carries a signal, so by the end of the session you can build a buyer list for a mandate without assembling it by hand.
Limited slots available. First come, first served.
Section 1: Running the Full Buyer-Universe Workflow How to have Claude run the entire engine in one sequence. An Orchestrator restates the asset, the ideal buyer, and the constraints. A Buyer Cartographer maps the strategic and financial buyer universe with the specific signal behind each name. A Fit Scorer tiers the buyers on strategic logic, capital, and timing. A Bull argues why each top-tier buyer moves. A Bear on a fresh turn argues why each one passes. The run ends at the Signal Watch Dog, which confirms each name is tied to a stated signal with a confirmed owner of capital and a fit rationale, cuts any buyer without a signal, and has the Judge issue a tiered list and an outreach sequence.
Section 2: Turning the Workflow into a Reusable Skill How to capture the run order as a Claude skill so it executes the same way for every mandate. We build the skill that encodes each seat, the tiering logic, and the signal discipline, so building a buyer universe becomes a single instruction rather than a sequence you reassemble per deal.
Section 3: Root Files and Workspace Configuration How the files driving the workflow actually work: the workspace identity and house rules, the skill file for the buyer-universe engine, the editable criteria that hold your tiering thresholds and signal definitions so your team can tune the bar without touching code, and the agent files behind the Bull, Bear, Judge, and Signal Watch Dog. Configure these once and every mandate you run gets mapped, tiered, and signal-checked against the same standard.
Section 4: The Scheduling Prompt How to keep the buyer universe warm between mandates. Configure Claude to scan the buyer universe on a schedule against your deal signals, so the list stays current and you start each new mandate from a maintained universe rather than a blank page.
