The Interlude: Love Cycles
The Interlude hosts intimate listening parties in unique spaces around the Bay. We believe in creating safe rooms where rising artists can share their work, their stories, and their sound with people who actually want to listen.
This one's happening at Gilman Brewing on Gilman Street—a place that already knows how to hold community. For one hour, we're transforming their taproom into something quiet enough to hear someone's breath, someone's heartbeat, someone's truth.
Brian Dublin is a singer-songwriter from San Jose. He grew up with music everywhere—his dad on guitar, his mom singing karaoke. He wrote songs in his bedroom for over a decade before releasing his debut album, Love Cycles, this June. The songs are about love and heartbreak and what it takes to finally stop lying to yourself. There's something rare about them. The kind of honest that makes you sit up straighter.
What to expect:
An intimate room. Cold beer. Music that actually moves you. A chance to discover an artist before everyone else does. Time to talk to the people around you—maybe you'll leave with new friends. Maybe you'll just leave different.

The Interlude, co-created by Ankita Bhanot and Ari Deng, is a concert series where music ties stories, spaces, and strangers together — a pause between the noise.
