Event Schedule

Kick off with intros, keynote from Meetstream.ai, and technical overview of the API and tools available.
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Hacking Sprint
Teams form and build their meeting agents with support from mentors, engineers, and community experts.
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Judging & Peer Review
Teams will present demos and evaluate a set of other teams’ projects using a structured peer review system.
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Awards & Networking Dinner
Celebrate the day’s innovations and connect with fellow AI builders and partners.
Judging Criteria
Each team will score peer projects on four key dimensions:
Utility & Impact: Does it solve a real problem or create clear value?
Technical Execution: How strong are the performance, reliability, and implementation?
Agent Intelligence: How well does it reason, use tools, and respond in real time?
Demo Quality: Is the presentation clear, compelling, and easy to understand?
💰 $1,500 in total cash prizes will be awarded to the top teams based on cumulative peer and mentor review scores.
