✨ Emotions as Data not Directives ✨
➡️ What can you expect for the session?
In this session, we will talk about what we mean by emotional intelligence, why it matters, and how we can look at emotions not as directives we have to act off, but rather as data - data that if interpreted accurately, can signpost us to what we need. We’ll also look at the skills we need to develop greater emotional intelligence. 🧠
There will be plenty of opportunities for networking, group discussion, and individual reflection. Please bring a pen and paper with you. 🥸
➡️ Who will be facilitating this session?
Laura is the Founder of Altura Coaching, a certified Executive & Team Coach, and a leadership development facilitator who focuses on ‘voice’, partnering with her clients to improve emotional and relational intelligence.
She is passionate about creating cultures as high in EQ as in IQ, and sees emotional fluency as being fundamental to performance, wellbeing, and fulfilment. Before setting up her business in 2022, she had a career in People/Talent and was lucky enough to gain experience in a variety of sectors, including FMCG, Finance and Law.
Laura lived in Seville for 7 years of her career, and likes to bring cross-cultural intelligence to her work with individuals, teams and organisations. (She’s also happy to speak to anyone about one of her greatest loves: flamenco).💃
✨This meetup is taking place in a beautiful venue in Knightsbridge, where we will be providing drinks and light snacks. We will be starting at 6pm so please arrive 5-10mins earlier.
Registration is compulsory as we will need to register each individual's name in the system in order for you to be able to enter the building.
Spaces are limited so please register if you are 100% sure you can attend and let Lucie Coudret know if you need to cancel so we can open up a space.
