WTech Prague: Networking — Career Switches: What They Really Give You

New team, new role, a whole new field: at some point most of us think about making a switch 🔄

Sometimes it’s a planned move, sometimes it just happens. Either way, it brings questions: Is it the right time? What will I lose, and what will I gain? How do I even start? Let’s talk about it over coffee ☕️

🎤 Speaker

Margo Onykiienko, Data Engineer at Sky Czech Republic, will open the meetup with her own switching story (15–20 min).

🎯 What we’ll talk about

After Margo’s talk, the floor is open to everyone. Switching teams, roles or even fields: whether you’ve done it, are thinking about it, or are in the middle of it right now, bring your questions and your story.

💡 Why join?

Hear how others made their move, get a fresh perspective on your own path, and meet great women in tech over coffee.
