In this Park City Marketing Club Workshop, Paul Hochman, co-founder of Humongous Media, will share strategies and systems to uncover your unique story and differentiate yourself from the competition.
Workshop attendees will learn:
- How to “pare away” the excess verbiage that most companies roll out when they want to say something.
- Data-backed, proven techniques for corporate expression (tone, manner, etc.)
- To create a video (yes, create a video) that applies the learned techniques.
Note: Bring an iPhone/Smartphone, a notebook and a pen.
About Paul Hochman
Paul Hochman is the president and co-founder of Humongous Media. Previously, he was the Gear and Technology Editor for the NBC Today Show and covered 5 Olympics and the Tour de France for NBC News.
For 10 years he was also a contributing writer for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and Fast Company Magazine, among others, and was the ski test director for SKI Magazine.
His company creates ultra-short video content and develops multi-platform comms strategies for Fortune 50 and 100 clients, including Amazon, Comcast, Safeco/Liberty Mutual and Schneider Electric.
Mr. Hochman is an adjunct media-and-business instructor at the University of Utah near his home in Park City, UT; and has taught English and Media Arts at Phillips Academy, Andover; and at Dartmouth College. His wife Carrie Sheinberg is a journalist, mom and Olympian and a three-time overall US National Champion in alpine ski racing.
