Young Professionals Network (YPN) is bringing together the city’s most ambitious entrepreneurs, business leaders, innovators, creators, and community builders for an unforgettable evening of high-level networking with a purpose.
For this special networking event, we’re proud to partner with Backpack Friends for a community food drive to support their cause of ending weekend hunger for children. Many have food provided by their school during the week, but unfortunately some children don't eat over the weekend due to the families lack of financial resources. Backpack friends is looking to change this.
What you can do!
Bring granola bars, beverages that have electrolytes, and other healthy snacks. This organization has been around for 10+ years and have been such a force for good in the local Austin community.💙
To help make things even better, we'll be giving a sizeable discount on tickets for anyone who is willing to bring some type of food. This will be based on honor code. Even if you're just able to bring something small, a little goes a long way (:
