Now this logic is entering organizations... and everything is shifting.
A community manager who analyzes data, creates content, and runs campaigns. A product manager who designs, prototypes, and codes. A strategist who executes, tests, and iterates. AI doesn't replace these people. It transforms them into one-person teams.
Welcome to the "Team of One" era, in which an AI-enabled professional can replace a whole team.
What we'll explore together:
On the individual level: Does the "team of one" create new craftspeople (orchestrating AI with mastery) or factory operators (executing without craft)? If everyone can do everything with AI, how do you cultivate what makes you irreplaceable?
On the organizational level: How do we distinguish a culture that enables augmented autonomy from one that simply normalizes "doing more with less"? How do we structure roles when boundaries become fluid? How do we recognize someone who operates far beyond their job description without creating toxic hierarchies?
Format: 10 carefully selected participants. One table, a mix of getting to know fellow guests and a guided collective conversation. No presentations, no pitches, no phones.

About the curator: Margaux Pelen is the founder of episcope, a Berlin-based strategy studio at the intersection of AI, work, and learning. Over the past 15 years, she's helped organizations of all sizes navigate new technology with healthy critical thinking. She's a graduate of HEC Paris, Telecom Paristech and Singularity University.
Her conviction: AI requires a third path, neither growth-at-all-costs nor a single, static approach, but staying above the line, eg, remaining the decision maker about what you delegate and what stays in your hands.
